Surveillance is such a ubiquitous aspect of our urban lives today that it is made into a norm. By having this building occupied by the intertwining of the archival program and other daily life programs, the building will act as a live surveillance space, magnifying the behaviors and dynamics between those who are watching and those being watched. The intent is for people to better understand the concept of ‘surveillance’, therefore to form a higher level of opinion and critique regarding this subject.
